While most decision makers in Ireland understand that AI is a powerful catalyst for innovation, many organisations are still struggling to keep pace with rapid advances in AI and other emerging technologies. Forum speakers will analyse the findings of the Dell’s Innovation Catalyst Study 2025 to support organisations overcome these obstacles and accelerate their growth potential.
This research analyses the top priorities and challenges facing innovation leaders on their AI journey and how the technology is being used to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
Findings from the Innovation Catalyst Study show that that AI is a key strategic driver for business growth for 76 per cent of Irish organisations, and 84 per cent of businesses who have adopted AI in operations are already seeing substantial productivity gains from the technology.
However, nearly half (46 per cent) of surveyed organisations in Ireland are struggling to keep pace with the rapid pace of change. Concerns over data security/privacy (42 per cent), lack of in-house expertise (42 per cent) and regulatory compliance (42 per cent) were the main challenges highlighted by decision makers as they look to advance their AI journey.
To help overcome some of these challenges, 36 per cent of organisations are establishing AI governance and policies, while 32 per cent are investing in AI specific infrastructure and PCs.
Dell Technologies believes that innovation is the engine that drives businesses forward. Its team of experts is supporting leaders across the country in putting the right technology and infrastructure in place to power AI within their organisations.
