Over 250 guests from across Ireland’s business community gathered on Thursday, June 26th, at Clontarf Castle, Dublin, for the 2025 InBusiness Recognition Awards, celebrating exceptional performance and leadership across 25 industry categories.

Now in its 13th year, the awards continue to highlight the strength, innovation and resilience of Irish enterprise. Hosted by broadcaster Anna Daly, the event recognised outstanding organisations, teams and individuals making a tangible impact across sectors ranging from infrastructure and fintech to sustainability, customer service and community development.

The awards programme honours businesses that demonstrate excellence in key areas such as product and service innovation, technological advancement and employee engagement. Winners were selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of company profiles, service delivery and commitment to customer care. In a challenging economic climate marked by inflation, rising costs and a shortage of skilled staff, these recipients have not only adapted but thrived, raising the bar for business excellence across Ireland.

This year’s award recipients represent the full spectrum of Irish enterprise, from multinational firms to regional leaders and innovative SMEs. Whether delivering cutting-edge financial technology, driving sustainability goals or enhancing everyday customer experience, these organisations exemplify the creativity and ambition that continue to shape Ireland’s economic future.

“This recognition truly reflects our team’s commitment to supporting Irish businesses,” said Caroline Guilfoyle of Bibby Financial Services Ireland. “Every day, we’re dedicated to helping businesses grow, overcome hurdles and access vital funding tailored to their ambitions. We’re so proud to be a trusted partner for so many growing businesses.”

Several honorees were recognised for their role in tackling key national and global challenges, including digital transformation, net-zero targets and workforce development. Others stood out for their people-first approach, fostering inclusive cultures and strong employee engagement, even amid continued market uncertainty.

“This recognition reflects our long-standing commitment to supporting communities across Ireland,” said a representative from Bank of Ireland. “A commitment that has been central to us for over 240 years and is deeply rooted in our group purpose: to help our customers, colleagues, shareholders and society to thrive.”

What united all 25 winners was a clear commitment to progress, whether through investment in technology, leadership in ESG or redefining standards within their industry. Their success stories highlight not only commercial achievement but also purpose-driven leadership, delivering value beyond the bottom line.

Darragh Lyons of Integrity360, winner of cybersecurity firm of the year, shared his excitement: “Thrilled to share that Integrity360 has been crowned cyber security firm of the year. Proud to be part of such an outstanding company that keeps raising the bar.”

As Ireland continues to navigate economic uncertainty and global challenges, the 2025 InBusiness Recognition Awards served as a powerful reminder of the innovation, resilience and leadership driving Irish enterprise forward. From sustainability to digital transformation, customer service to community impact, this year’s winners represent the best of what Irish business has to offer – ambitious, adaptable and deeply committed to building a better future.
