It will be late this evening before manager John O'Mahony names his side as the list of injury worries continues to grow. "It's going to be a real test now of the strength and depth of the panel," he said yesterday. Definitely out with a back injury is Shay Walsh, while defender John Divilly also looks extremely doubtful with a strained hamstring. Sean de Paor may be back from suspension, but he is currently troubled by a muscle pull, while full back Gary Fahy has also been battling injury. Tomas Mannion and Ja Fallon are out for the season, and Kevin Walsh is still on the doubtful list with a persistent groin problem.

The other alterations see Declan McKillop come in at corner back in place of Eoin Colgan, as well as two changes in the attack where Ronan Donnelly takes the place of Aidan Mort at wing forward and Alistair Elliot returns to corner forward in place of John McIntosh.
