Leinster add strength

Leinster have made two changes for their return meeting at home to Milan tomorrow. Both are in the back row, where Trevor Brennan's knee injury rules him out. Mindful of the Milan scrum and rolling maul which pummelled Leinster into the ground a fortnight ago, Mike Ruddock has beefed up the pack with lock Declan O'Brien replacing Brennan, while Stephen Rooney comes in for the lighter David O'Sullivan.

The front row, retained from last week, looks a stronger proposition. Milan have made a third change in a row at out-half as well as changes at loose-head, lock and both flankers from the team routed 69-19 by Toulouse last week.

Leinster: K Nowlan; D Hickie, M Ridge, K McQuilkin (capt), J McWeeney; A McGowan, D O'Mahoney; R Corrigan, S Byrne, E Byrne, S Jameson, A Freeman, D O'Brien, V Costello, S Rooney.

Milan: F Williams; M Ravazzolo, P Vaccari, M Tommasi, M Cuttitta; G Filizzola, F Gomez; G De Carli, C Orlandi, F Properzi (capt), L Mastrodomenico, G Croci, S Tassio, R Turner, S Racca.
