Bjorn Borg has decided to come out of retirement to play in the next month's KPMG Senior Title at the Point in Dublin.

The five-times Wimbledon champion quit full-time tennis at the end of last year but yesterday announced he would be returning to Dublin to face title-holder John McEnroe, former Wimbledon Champion Pat Cash, Henri Leconte, Guy Forget, Jeremy Bates, Jakob Hlasek and Mikael Pernfors.

"It may well be the last match John and I play together - who knows - and if it is I know that both of us will want to be the man who won the final match.

"I enjoyed myself in Dublin last year and the people who came to watch seemed to enjoy themselves," said Borg.
