Gardaí name Co Limerick crash victim

Gardaí have named the man who died following a road traffic crash on Monday in Co Limerick.

Jude Higgins (34), of Ballincronna, Knocklong, Co Limerick, died yesterday following a two-vehicle accident at Newtown, Bruff on Monday evening.

Mr Higgins was a passenger in a van that collided with a truck. Three men were brought to Limerick Regional Hospital following the crash, but Mr Higgins later died.
