Thomas Pink offers a custom-made shirt service called Personally Pink (a rather unfortunate title), which, though pricey (from €185), results in a shirt that is a perfect fit.
There are four fabric qualities, and more than 100 fabrics from which to choose; four shirt styles, eight collar shapes and five different types of cuffs. If you can face making more choices, extras include monogramming and collar bone engraving. It takes about five weeks from selection to delivery.
