Built for the present owners in 1985, by the noted house builder Larry Berry, Norwood is a substantial detached house with a patio garden on three sides, and its own gate to the grounds of UCD. It was built, along with two neighbouring houses, in the former grounds of Longwood, a property that sold at auction last week for £1.8 million through O'Mahony Auctioneers.

Norwood is in very good decorative order and should appeal strongly to anyone planning to trade down, or even to an investor seeking a property to let in an increasingly sought-after location.
