The house was built in the early 1990s and every attempt was made to copy original Georgian features.

The front door is framed by a limestone fan-light door case, the staircase is mahogany and in several rooms the wide floorboards are made of solid oak. Other salvaged elements include an unusual twin bowl Victorian wash hand basin and unusual Victorian claw foot bath in the bathroom. There are also cast-iron radiators in some rooms, reproduction cornices and ceiling roses and marble flooring.

The house has seven bedrooms over three floors. The large master bedroom has an en suite and beside this is a well fitted dressing room.

Two of the other bedrooms have en suites and all have wooden floors including one with a maple floor, another with mahogany and yet another with limed pine.
