Victorian-style homes in Killiney and Bray and a Cabinteely townhouse are on view

IN KILLINEY, Co Dublin, DNG is asking €795,000 for a three-bedroom coach-house off George’s Avenue. In Bray a pair of large Victorian-style modern redbricks at Sidmonton Place have also been cut in price. Sherry FitzGerald is handling the sale of two adjoining houses, Avalon, priced at €850,000 (down from €925,000) and Halcyon, priced at €895,000 (down from €1.1m). Located on the corner of Novara Avenue and Sidmonton Place, within striking distance of the Dart and seafront, Avalon is a five-bedroom 297sq m (3,200sq ft) semi laid out over three storeys, while Halcyon is slightly larger at 316sq m (3,400sq ft).

In Terenure, a five-bedroom house at 45 Fortfield Grove may not be the prettiest in the neighbourhood, but it’s offering plenty of scope for change as it sits on a site of around a quarter of an acre.
