This week sees the release of 30 apartments at the Tramyard in Inchicore village, Dublin 8, with prices starting at £119,950.

The Tramyard, until 1931 the workshop and depot of a tram company, is now the site of an eight-block apartment scheme built by Fabrizia Developments. The selling agents Hooke & MacDonald say that 90 apartments have been sold there since the initial launch last September.

Interestingly, there has not been much change in price levels since then. There will be a total of 208 units when the scheme is completed and it will comprise a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and duplex units arranged in a series of three and four-storey blocks around a courtyard.

The apartments start at £119,950 for one-bedroom apartments, £145,000 for two-bedroom apartments and £172,000 for the three-bedroom apartments.
