The Aga shops ( aga.ie) have great value on AGA Masterchef range-type cookers (left) in floor models that come in cream or silver. The range has two large independent fan ovens with drop-down oven doors, thermostatically-controlled slow oven and a choice of high speed ceramic, natural gas or LPG five-ring hob.
Normally priced €3,995, the oven is now reduced to €2,796. There is one of each colour to view in the Cork shop (021-4937320), located in City Quarter, on Lapps Quay. There is a cream floor model in the Galway store (091-721200) in Centrepoint, Liosbaun Business Park, on the Tuam Road. In the Dún Laoghaire shop (01-6636166) at 20 Lower George’s Street, there is a floor model three-oven electric Aga in aubergine. It is reduced from €11,791 to €8,250.
