Showroom models at a knockdown price

Want a new designer kitchen? Houseworks (01-6769511, house works.ie), the kitchen specialists, at 11-15 Upper Erne Street, Dublin 2, is on the move.

It is selling off showroom stock, which includes a Siematic S3 Lotus white gloss laminate and oak laminate floor model (above) that has granite worktops, a Grohe boiling tap and a Blanco under-mounted sink. It is reduced from €20,550 to €9,995 and will fit a kitchen measuring about 2.4m by 4m. This price includes delivery and fitting in the greater Dublin area. The appliances – a fridge freezer, gas hob, single oven and microwave, all by Gaggenau, and a Neff dishwasher – are reduced from €12,590 to €4,960. Houseworks is moving to a new premises in south county Dublin and is due to open there in late January/early February.
