Corry McMahon is seeking offers in excess of £295,000 in a private treaty sale for a refurbished three-bedroom house at 66 St Begnet's Villas in Dalkey, Co Dublin.

The ex-Corporation end of terrace house doesn't look too different from its neighbours from the outside, but inside it has been given a complete makeover using bold colours and some striking contemporary features. The St Begnet's Villas houses were built in the 1950s to house the poor of Dalkey, but in recent years they have become much sought after.
