ART AUCTION

Mary Ann’s Bar and Restaurant in Castletownshend, Co Cork, is the location for this fundraising art auction tomorrow night, featuring works by some of Ireland’s most celebrated artists, from Basil Blackshaw to Charles Tyrrell. Proceeds will go towards a new arts building. 028-22090

MASTER CLASSES

Orion recording studios in Co Wicklow is running a series of master class workshops throughout August and September in a variety of instruments from guitar to drums.
