CHRISTINE MONK

Christine Monk has been an arts publicist in Ireland since 1998. Since arriving in Ireland from her hometown of Melbourne, she has worked to develop a higher profile for many theatre organisations and arts festivals around the country. A strong interest in youth theatre saw her serve on the board of Dublin Youth Theatre until recently, and she has a long association with the National Association of Youth Drama and the National Youth Theatre. She currently works as a script reader with the Literary Department of the Abbey Theatre, and has worked with the Irish Times Theatre Awards in an advisory capacity since 2000.

Jack Gilligan’s career has involved the support of professional theatre for more than 25 years. Under his management of Dublins LAB arts centre many of the city's established and emerging theatre companies found support and encouragement. He was a key supporter of the first ever Dublin Fringe Festival and was a member of the Fringe awards judging panel.

He initiated the Opera in the Open series and established the Dublin Writers Festival. He is now a member of the festival's advisory panel and is on the board of the Irish Writers Centre.

SEONA Mac RÉAMOINN

Seona Mac Réamoinn has been writing about dance and theatre for many years. Her work has appeared in a range of publications including Irish Theatre Magazine, the Sunday Tribune, The Irish Times, the Irish Independent, Metroand the Sunday Times. She has contributed to broadcasts on RTÉ and BBC. She curates and manages the international Irish studies and cultural programmes developed for USIT and Trinity College Dublin.
