Spiced rum butter

Prep Time: 5 mins
  • 200g butter (I use salted)
  • 200g icing sugar
  • 3tbs rum
  • 50g ground almonds
  1. Cream the butter until soft, add the icing sugar and beat well until smooth.
  2. Add the rum and almonds, mix until smooth.
  3. Place into bowl or jars until needed.
