IRISH Marine Oil (IMO) has completed the acquisitions of Irish Base Metals and Minco Ireland.million.

It is effectively a reverse takeover as the two companies, owned by Juno, a public Bermuda investment group, now have 43.7 per cent of the enlarged group, by far the largest shareholding. IMO now has nine active mineral exploration projects in Ireland; three gold and six zinc.
