Two sites zoned for housing close to Waterford are to be sold by private treaty through Isobel O’Regan in Savills’s Cork office. She is guiding €600,000 for 11.45 hectares (28.3 acres) at Knockboy, about 5km from the city centre on Dunmore Road. Another site of 3.8 hectares (9.40 acres) at Carrick Road, Portlaw – 14km from Carrick-on-Suir and 22km from Waterford city –is expected to make around €200,000.
