ZAGREB, the Budwiser Irish Derby winner, will not run in the Breeders' Cup Turf in Toronto next Saturday, Dermot Weld revealed at the Curragh on Saturday.
The trainer explained: "the horse has a slight head cold which was discovered when we scoped him and that made the decision about the Breeders' Cup easier.
"The head cold combined with the fact that the Turf is a tough race for three-year-olds has swayed us against travelling him to Canada.
"But we are looking forward to him running in all the big races next year as a four-year-old.
