A NEAT dropped goal deep into extra time by Corinthians out half Aidan White gave them victory over arch rivals Galwegians in the Connacht Senior League final at the Galway Sportsground yesterday.

Galwegians led through two penalties from outhalf Eamonn Molloy before White with penalties either side of the break levelled matters at the end of normal time.

In extra tinge Galwegians again led with a Molloy penalty but White equalised and victory was snatched when Corinthians Peter Keane fed the ball from the base of a scrum to White, who landed the decisive kick.
