WITH THE Disputes Resolution Authority hearing for Dublin player Colin Moran still ongoing late last night, manager Paul Caffrey was forced to exclude the former captain from the team to play Wexford in Sunday's Leinster football final.

Kilmacud Crokes' young wing back Kevin Nolan has replaced Moran in a decision that sees defender Paul Casey overlooked for the second successive match.

Monaghan's Paul Finlay had a DRA hearing on Wednesday night but was still awaiting a judgment yesterday, while Kerry captain Paul Galvin saw his case adjourned until next Monday so the results of Moran's hearing may not be released until later today or tomorrow.

Caffrey has made four other changes to the side that struggled at times against Westmeath in the semi-final on June 29th. Ciarán Whelan returns to midfield in place of Eamon Fennell, while both wing forwards are replaced as Kevin Bonner takes over from the hamstrung Bernard Brogan (who may yet feature off the bench) and Dermot Connolly is named ahead of Paul Flynn. Paul Griffin takes Ross McConnell's spot at fullback. Wexford manager Jason Ryan has selected the same team that beat Laois on June 22nd.
