Internationals Andy Ward and Allen Clarke return to the Ulster squad for tomorrow's Interprovincial Championship encounter with Munster at Musgrave Park.
The pair missed Ulster's 39-3 defeat by Toulouse in the European Cup last weekend because of injury. But coach Harry Williams will have to plan without Jan Cunningham because of a head injury sustained against the French side.
Williams will not announce his team until later today at the earliest and may possibly wait until tomorrow morning.
The Rugby Football Union yesterday removed a threat to the future of Lions tours by insisting that the four-year cycle remains.
The RFU stated: "We considered a recommendation from the National Playing Committee to change the cycle of Lions tours from four to six years. The proposal was turned down and the next Lions tour is scheduled for 2001 to New Zealand."
