ALLIANZ FOOTBALL LEAGUE DIVISION THREE: Roscommon 0-12 Offaly 1-6:ROSCOMMON CONTINUED their fine start to the league with a crucial win in Tullamore yesterday.

Thirteen minutes into the second half, the game was very much in the balance after a converted Anton Sullivan penalty put Offaly on level terms, 1-6 to 0-9.

It was here, however, that Roscommon produced their best football of the day, holding Offaly scoreless and getting points from Ger Heneghan, Matt Scally and Brian Murtagh to seal the well-earned victory.
