Meath SF

Mark O'Reilly was confirmed as a starter for Meath for Sunday's Leinster Championship clash with Offaly at Croke Park. There were fears about O'Reilly's fitness after he injured his arm in the league final replay against Derry. There are two changes from that game - Paddy Reynolds returns from injury as an indirect replacement for Anthony Moyles, while Barry Callaghan comes in for Jody Devine. In the absence of the suspended Graham Geraghty, Ronan Fitzsimmons is given his championship debut at full forward.

Meath: C Sullivan; M O'Reilly, D Fay, C Murphy; P Reynolds, N Nestor, R Kealy; N Crawford, J McDermott; E Kelly, T Giles, D Curtis; O Murphy, R Fitzsimmons, B Callaghan.

Limerick SH

Manager Eamonn Cregan has decided to postpone naming a team for Sunday's clash with Cork until after training this evening. A couple of players need more attention before declaring their fitness, and specifically full forward Brian Begley. Jack Foley is definitely out of contention due to his hand injury, picked up in the National League semi-final against Tipperary.

Cork SH

Manager Jimmy Barry-Murphy has delayed naming his team to face Limerick until after training this evening. Of most concern is the injury to midfielder Mark Landers, who continues to get treatment for the troubled hamstring which kept him out of last Saturday's win over Kerry. Also absent from that game due to leg injuries were half-back John Browne and corner forward Ben O'Connor, although both men are hoping to return.

Roscommon SF

Five players will make senior championship debuts in the team to face London in Ruislip on Sunday - defenders John Whyte and Brendan Burke, midfielders John Gillooly and Donal Casserly, and full forward Gerry Lohan. The experienced Derek Duggan is only named among the substitutes as he remains on the comeback trail from a hand injury suffered in a recent club match, while Don Connellan's long-term injury rules him out completely.

Roscommon SF (v London): D Thompson; D Gavin, J Whyte, B Burke; M Ryan, C McDonald, D Donlon; J Gillooly, D Casserly; N Dineen, F Grehan, E Lohan; A Nolan, G Lohan, F Dolan. Subs: E Daly, R Owens, B Mannion, G Cox, K Keane, D Duggan, F O'Donnell, S Casey.

Tyrone SF

An extensive injury list has delayed the announcement of the team to face Armagh in Sunday's Ulster championship quarter-final in Clones. Among those troubled by injuries at training last night was goalkeeper Finbar McConnell, now almost certainly ruled out of contention with a leg injury, while there are less worrying strains still effecting Stephen O'Neill, Kevin Hughes and Richard Thornton. Peter Canavan also sat out training last night, but is hopeful of starting.

Armagh SF

It will be tomorrow evening before joint managers Brian McAlinden and Brian Canavan finalise their team to face Tyrone. The entire panel should be available for selection, as both Paul McGrane and Justin McNulty are back in contention after recovering from their hand injuries (broken thumb and finger respectively).

Dublin SH

With six players carrying injuries after last evening's training session, manager Michael O'Grady has postponed until tomorrow the naming of the side to face Laois in Monday's preliminary pool replay. Of main concern are the injuries to regular defender Daragh Spain, who also missed last Sunday's draw, as well as Liam O'Donoghue, Dermot Daly and reserve goalkeeper Dermot Maguire.

Mayo SF

Midfielder David Brady will definitely miss the Connacht championship opener against Sligo on Sunday week after receiving word of his one-month suspension on Monday night. It followed the recent dismissal while playing for his club Ballina Stephenites against Castlebar.

Dublin SF

The fitness of goalkeeper Davy Byrne will remain in question right up until the meeting with Wexford on Sunday week. Byrne has been suffering with a groin injury since last week and will not be participating in major training prior to the game. Na Fianna goalkeeper Stephen Grey was called in for the challenge game with Louth last Sunday evening.
