COLLEGES HURLING LEINSTER SENIOR A CHAMPIONSHIP: Dublin south 4-18 FCJ Bunclody 0-9:AN OUTSTANDING display by Danny Sutcliffe inspired Dublin South to a comprehensive 21-point victory over FCJ Bunclody in this Leinster Colleges A senior hurling championship game at Bunclody yesterday.

First-half goals from Seán McGrath, Peter Elliott and Ciarán Brennan set the Dublin team up, and they led 3-11 to 0-5 at the interval.

In that one-sided half only Shane Tomkins, who scored six points in total, made a worthwhile impression for the home side.

The dominance of the eventual winners continued through the second half as Bunclody were outclassed.

St Kieran's Kilkenny posted a runaway win (3-15 to 0-8) over St Mary's Enniscorthy in the third Leinster Colleges A hurling tie played yesterday.
