Fielding six of last year's All-Ireland winning side, St Patrick's, Navan, cruised into the quarter-finals after a comfortable victory at Pairc Tailteann yesterday. The defending champions scored some stylish points before Joe Sheridan netted the first goal after 16 minutes.
Leading 1-8 to 0-3 at the break St Patrick's wing back Ronan Conaty got the second goal six minutes after the restart.
