Spain, Germany, Belgium and Holland will be the four top-seeded teams when next month's draw for the Euro 2000 finals is made, UEFA said yesterday.
The exact format of the draw, which will take place on December 12th in Brussels, will not be decided until meetings two days before the event.
But it has already been determined that Germany, as defending European champions, Belgium and Holland as co-hosts, and Spain as the top team in the UEFA coefficient rankings, will be the top seeds whichever system is used.
