Lady Rockstar chalked up her seventh win on the trot in the Shepway Handicap at Folkestone yesterday - and is all set to bid for number eight next week.

Mick Ryan's filly led well inside the final furlong for claimer Neil Callan to beat San Glamor Melody by a length and a quarter. John Ryan, representing his father, said: "She has won on all sorts of tracks, from Scotland to Folkestone. She is due to run again at Windsor on Monday night if everything is all right. Neil will ride her again. He was very cool and rode her to the letter."

Stuart Williams breathed a sigh of relief when That Man Again ended a spell of 75 losers for the Newmarket handler in the Stone Street Handicap.

After Michael Tebbutt had taken the gelding to race alone on the far rails and beat Bramble Bear by a length and a half, Williams said: "It has been frustrating, but it is just that I have got some pretty ordinary three-year-olds. Michael told me before the race that he thought the far side was five lengths faster than the stands pitch, and he was proved right."
