The top Australian jockey Damien Oliver rode his first winner in Europe on the Noel Meade trained Simplicity (8 to 1) at Fairyhouse last night.

Oliver (27), five times champion in Melbourne, is based here for the next three months and this was just his third ride in Ireland.
