EVENING racing got under way at Tramore yesterday with Boro Vacation, owned by Jeremy Hill, and carrying the Dawn Run colours of his late mother, Charmian, landing the opening Dungarvan Chase to initiate a double for veteran handler Paddy Mullins.

Partnered by Tommy Treacy, the uneasy favourite, who drifted from 4 to 6 to 9 to 10 was not fluent with his jumping in the early stages but soon got his act together before edging clear after the penultimate fence to beat front running Pharsilk by one and a half lengths.
