Cobh Ramblers v Rockmount (St. Colman's Park, 8.00)
Cobh manager John O'Rourke is loathe to under-estimate Rockmount after their humbling of Cork City in the last round.
Rockmount bring in reserve goalkeeper Derek Clarke in place of first round hero Packie Cassidy who is in Malta supporting the Irish team this evening.
Midfielder Pat Oldham is the only worry for joint managers Billy Cronin and Noel Burke. Oldham, who scored the crucial penalty in their shoot-out win over Cork 10 days ago, has a knee injury.
Cobh are without Kenny O'Rourke due to suspension.
Keith Dalton is the obvious replacement but is struggling with an achilles' strain.
Drogheda United v Shelbourne (United Park, 8.00)
With Garry Haylock out with a knee injury, summer signing John Powell makes his first competitive start in the Shelbourne attack. Stephen Geoghegan is also doubtful so just who partners Powell remains to be seen.
Shelbourne must also make changes in defence with Tony McCarthy suspended and Owen Heary struggling with a foot injury. Dave Campbell returns to the central defence alongside captain Pat Scully.
