Women's Six Nations - Ireland v Wales:IRELAND AND Wales have been beaten by England and France thus far, so this is a scramble for third place. Wales see themselves as the better side, although Ireland always target this game, writes Johnny Watterson.

Irish coach Kevin West has promoted two players from the bench, with Alison Miller coming in to play in the centre and Grace Davitt taking a place on the wing. Amy Davis switches from the left wing to the right. Navan’s Sinéad Ryan makes her first appearance of the tournament on the bench.

Nora Stapleton and Shannon Houston feature in the replacements.

Wales make three changes to the starting line-up, with Amy Day coming in at scrumhalf while Mared Evans and Ceri Redman take over at fullback and centre respectively.
