LEINSTER'S selectors have yet again deferred naming the side to meet Ulster in the Interprovincial Championships at Ravenhill on Saturday until after training tonight.

Leinster manager Jim Glennon said yesterday that there is still doubts about the availability of five players. They are centre Martin Ridge, props Paul Flavin and Angus McKeen and second rows Neil Francis and Steve Jameson.

Ridge had to withdraw from the side that played Irish XV on Sunday because of a chest infection and Jameson was ruled out of that match because of a rib injury.

McKeen had to go off at half time last Sunday evening and Flavin, who played for the Irish side, was replaced after 35 minutes. Knee and rib injuries are the problems with the props and Francis, who played last Sunday, has a bruised thigh.
