Now's your chance. For every grievance, irk or annoyance you have received at the hands of a solicitor, judge or lawyer, now's your chance. The third Calcutta run in the Phoenix Park takes place this Sunday, at 2.30 p.m., when over 1,000 Masters of the Universe will discard wigs, gowns and attitudes and run the 10k event in aid of GOAL's street children's projects and shelters for homeless youths in Dublin.
Former Lions players Brendan Mullin, Ollie Campbell and Hugo McNeil will be showing their pace over a slightly longer distance than usual. Last year's event, which attracted over 700 runners, raised £100,000, a little more even than a junior's annual salary. Organisers hope to hit the £125,000 mark this year.
