WITH the Ireland selectors anxious to give all members of the national squad an outing, they include only two of the team the started the match against Munster; last Sunday - Jonathan Bell and Malcolm O'Kelly - in the Irish XV to meet Leinster at Donnybrook next Sunday (6.0).

The team includes four players who came on as replacements during the match against Munster. They are Jan Cunningham, Paul Burke, Paul Flavin and David Corkery. Flavin is, in fact, a Leinster player and his selection has been the subject of agreement between Leinster manager Jim Glennon and Ireland manager Pat Whelan.

Four of the Munster team that played in Sunday's match are included. They are Dominic Crotty, Robert Henderson, Eddie Halvey and Anthony Foley. An interesting selection is that of scrum half Brian O'Meara, one of the development players attached to the national squad.
