Ireland 35 Italy 17:THE IRISH women's team made it two wins from as many outings in the Six Nations Championship after coming from 12-8 behind to beat Italy 35-17 at the Stadio Natali in Colleferro yesterday, crossing for five tries in the process.
Final-quarter tries from Tania Rosser, Niamh Briggs and replacement winger Grace Davitt put a more comprehensive sheen to the final scoreline. Amy Davi and Fiona Coghlan also crossed for tries. Next up is England at St Mary’s RFC (Templeville Road) on February 27th at 6.30pm.
