FINN HARPS and Home Farm/ Everton will be favourites for relegation from the Premier Division if Saturday night's clash at Ballybofey is anything to go by.
The only noteworthy incidents in the opening forty minutes were two bookings and a substitution and it was the sub, Jonathan Speak, who brought the game to life.
Harps' ace marksman replaced Davy Dowling in the 34th minute and put his team ahead in the 43rd when he steered an Alan Doherty cross into the net.
Some poor defending by Harps allowed HFE back into the game in the 52nd minute. Liam Kelly caught Noel Melvin in possession and while his own shot was saved, Trevor Vaughan was on hand to tap in the rebound.
Speak put Harps ahead in the 66th minute with a wonderful left foot shot and Stephen Kelly made it 3-1 with a header nine minutes later.
Harps should have cruised to a victory at that stage, but Owen Heery pulled a goal back in the 81st minute.
