Cheltenham have left no stone unturned in a bid to look after racegoers this week and they are even providing hangover cures for those with sore heads from celebrating their successes or drowning their sorrows.
A chemist's shop will be available for the first time on a British racecourse when Lloyd's Pharmacy opens today in Tattersalls enclosure.
The shelves are stocked with hangover cures, and Peter McNeile, Cheltenham's commercial manager said: "We are providing a necessary service for our customers. Basically we have felt it is not our role to provide medication for racegoers and when any of them have felt unwell they have visited the first aid room."
