It was a memorable first season in the Hilary Society for Clem Walsh. The St Anne's five handicapper took the gold medal for the best aggregate score over the six outings. Walsh at three under par won on a count back from John Grant (The Island) with Mark Collins (Sutton) taking third place on level par.

The final outing sponsored by BMW to the European Club was won by long-time member Aidan Williams.
