Dagenham & Redbridge v Charlton - Dagenham & Redbridge's Steve Forbes will miss the big day as the 25-year-old is serving a one-match ban. Midfielder Mark Brennan is injured. Charlton will be forced into using their 10th different strike pairing of the season with Kevin Lisbie set to partner Mathias Svensson as the Addicks are missing five strikers. Andy Hunt, Jonatan Johansson, Martin Pringle and Clive Mendonca are injured, while Shaun Bartlett is playing in a World Cup qualifier for South Africa.

Notts Co v Wimbledon - Midfielders Ian Richardson and Andy Hughes have overcome foot and ankle problems for County. Wimbledon manager Terry Burton could call Kenny Cunningham into the squad, who is back after a seven-month lay-off with a groin injury.

Aston Villa v Leicester City - Midfielder Ian Taylor hopes to shake off a slight knee problem after he limped off during the defeat by Leeds in midweek. Dion Dublin could be recalled to the attack to partner Juan Pablo Angel with Paul Merson reverting to an attacking midfield role. Leicester's Muzzy Izzet (neck) and new signing Dean Sturridge (hamstring) are ruled out with injuries picked up in last weekend's goalless draw with Arsenal, and join Tim Flowers, Darren Eadie, Stefan Oakes and Frank Sinclair on the casualty list.

Blackburn v Derby - Blackburn's Norwegian international defender Henning Berg and striker Mark Hughes are both ruled out through suspension. Hughes had hoped to complete his two-match suspension at Birmingham last Sunday but the match was postponed due to a heavy snowfall. Derby's Jamaica pair Darryl Powell and Deon Burton are on international duty as is Nigeria's Taribo West and Craig Burley and Chris Riggott are both suspended. Stefano Eranio is available again after serving a ban while long-term injury victims Brian O'Neil and Simo Valakari could return to the squad.

Bristol City v Kingstonian - City expect to name an unchanged line-up with Peter Beadle continuing up front alongside Lee Peacock. Crewe v Stockport - Phil Charnock is still not fit while defender Shaun Smith is missing through suspension for Crewe. David Wright has recovered from injury. Stockport on-loan defender Simon Grayson is struggling with a thigh strain picked up in the 1-1 draw with Grimsby last Saturday.

Everton v Tranmere - Everton could have 38-year-old Richard Gough back and Portuguese defender Abel Xavier is likely to be involved after recovering from long-term injury. There is no chance that Duncan Ferguson will be included as his broken hand has not improved enough to allow the plaster cast to be removed. Tranmere are without the suspended Gareth Roberts, who is banned following his sending off against Portsmouth. But former Evertonian Paul Rideout, best remembered for scoring the winning goal in the 1995 FA Cup final, has recovered from his hamstring strain.

Leeds v Liverpool - Dominic Matteo is still fighting to recover from a bruised foot which forced him to miss the second half of his side's 2-1 midweek win at Aston Villa. Mark Viduka is set to continue his partnership with Robbie Keane up front. Jonathan Woodgate will partner Rio Ferdinand in defence as Lucas Radebe is away on international duty. Midfielder Steven Gerrard is a major doubt with a groin strain, but Markus Babbel is expected back in defence after missing the League Cup win over Crystal Palace in midweek with illness. Jamie Carragher should have recovered from a minor muscle strain, but Emile Heskey is still struggling with a thigh injury.

Man City v Coventry - Striker Darren Huckerby has made a full recovery from his ankle injury and Paulo Wanchope is fit after shrugging off a knee problem for City. Coventry defender Paul Williams is available again after a ban and Richard Shaw could also return. Moroccans Mustapha Hadji and Youssef Chippo are on international duty, while David Thompson is suspended.

Arsene Wenger will choose between Latvian Igors Stepanovs and fit-again Gilles Grimandi to replace Keown who has a knee injury. Southampton v Sheff Wed - Latvian striker Marian Pahars has recovered from a calf strain and is poised to return. Fellow striker James Beattie is Southampton's only injury worry. Norwegian midfielder Jo Tessem is available again after missing last Saturday's game following the death of his father. But Romanian international Dan Petrescu is cup-tied, Moroccan defender Tahar El Khalej is on international duty and Matthew Le Tissier has not recovered from a knee injury. Sheffield Wednesday's Kevin Pressman could return in goal after his thigh injury.

Sunderland v Ipswich - Sunderland's Brazilian defender Emerson Thome is out with a calf injury. Stanislav Varga will partner Jody Craddock at the heart of Peter Reid's defence, but the manager will make a late decision on striker Niall Quinn with Danny Dichio standing by. Ipswich's Titus Bramble looks set for a recall after missing the 4-1 Premiership defeat at Chelsea last Saturday. Richard Naylor is back in the squad for the first time since November after recovering from a compressed fracture above his left knee.

Wycombe v Wolverhampton - Keith Ryan is added to the Wycombe squad as the midfielder has recovered from a sore neck. Ludovic Pollet and George Ndah hope to be back for Wolves. Pollet, who has just signed a new two-and-a-half year deal with the club, has had a broken nose but has been training this week and striker Ndah has been on the brink of a return in each of the last three games, but he may finally get the nod.

Bolton v Scunthorpe - Bolton manager Sam Allardyce is missing two key players, with Colin Hendry and Ricardo Gardner. Manager Brian Laws gave his players two days off after the dramatic penalty shoot-out win in the third round replay against Burnley on Tuesday to make sure they are fresh to face Bolton.

Gillingham v Chelsea - Gillingham have refused to rule out striker Carl Asaba. Reports had suggested that Asaba, who was set for a move to Crystal Palace this week, was not in the right frame of mind to lead the Gills attack. Defender Barry Ashby, who suffered a groin strain in the 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace, could be fit to play. But Chris Hope is doubtful with an ankle knock. Holders Chelsea will be without midfielders Sam dalla Bona and Slavisa Jokanovic due to suspension. The Blues will also be missing Celestine Babayaro who is on international duty with Nigeria, while Jesper Gronkjaer is doubtful after suffering a minor knock in the reserves and Winston Bogarde (knee) is out injured. Mark Bosnich is short of match-fitness and Frank Leboeuf is unlikely to return as doubts surround his Chelsea future.

Man Utd v West Ham - Wes Brown is the only regular likely to be out as he sits out a one-match ban. Jaap Stam continues his comeback and looks certain to be partnered by Gary Neville. David Beckham and Mickael Silvestre, who were both rested last weekend, return and Paul Scholes, out of action since aggravating a rib cage injury during the 3-1 win over the Hammers on New Year's Day, is available again. Stuart Pearce returns from suspension to add some much needed steel to the West Ham defence. Titi Camara and Rigobert Song are away with Cameroon, while Steve Lomas, Igor Stimac and Trevor Sinclair will miss the game with long-term injuries.
