TRAINER Tim Forster is still none the wiser on the reason why Dublin Flyer ran such a lacklustre race in last week's Gold Cup and may be tempted to send him back to Cheltenham again next month.

"If he runs again this season, he will have just one race and it will be in a two miles and five furlongs conditions race at Cheltenham on April 11th", said Forster.

Dublin Flyer was pulled up behind Imperial Call in the Gold Cup but has shown no ill-effects since.

The Clive Brittain trained Needle Gun arrived at Dubai airport on Monday afternoon with his sights set on the inaugural running of the £4 million Dubai World Cup. His travelling lad, Jock Brown, said. He travelled like a dream and we weighed him on arrival and he had lost no weight."
