The divisions for next season's Church & General National Hurling League were released at Saturday's congress. Division One is to be enlarged from 12 teams to 14, divided into two sections of seven. Both Division One A and One B are basically the same as last season's with the addition of Kerry to One A and Down to One B.
The league's semi-finals will again feature the top two teams from both sections: winners One A v runners-up One B; winners One B v runners-up One A. The top teams in Division Two will play off for the divisional title, as will the top two teams in Division Three.
Relegation play-offs will be between the bottom team in Division One, as decided between the sides finishing last in One A and One B, and the winners of Division Two. Division Three winners will play the bottom team in Division Two for a place in the second division.
Scoring averages will decide the final positions of counties in all three divisions.
