The country's form side, Cork City, bring an unblemished domestic record of eight wins out of eight games to the Brandywell this evening, including a 2-1 league defeat of Derry at Turner's Cross earlier this month.

Cork will have to continue without midfielder Patsy Freyne for at least another two weeks after X-rays confirmed he has a fractured rib. Dave Hill, who injured a knee on Saturday, won't travel today either as Barry reshuffles his side with Noel Hartigan and Greg O'Halloran in contention for places.

Youth international O'Halloran, who injured his knee in the 5-0 defeat to England three weeks ago, trained fully last week and made a substitute appearance on Saturday.

Derry manager Felix Healy says he will make one or two changes but stressed that his captain, Liam Coyle, substituted against Shamrock Rovers on Sunday, was merely tired and not injured.
