Leinster's fitness adviser Jason Cowman went out with a splash as he celebrated his last game with the province before leaving to go to university in the USA. Cowman is heading off to study for a Masters degree at Florida State University (FSU) but not before the Leinster players exacted revenge for all the gruelling fitness drills he had put them through.

In acknowledgement of his departure he was thrown, fully clothed, into the showers after Saturday's Celtic League final. In fairness, he wasn't in any position to argue, given the numbers he faced.
