IRELAND'S Cameron Clark led 10 qualifiers in the PGA European Tour Qualifying School II at Emporda yesterday after completing a superb nine under par, three round total.
Clark, who plays out of the Hagley club in the British Midlands, carded a one under par final round of 70 to finish on 204 and edge one stroke clear of former Britain and Ireland amateur international Warren Bennett, of England.
And Gary Nicklaus, the son of Jack, will also tee off in the European Tour Qualifying School at San Roque in Spain next month after successfully securing his starting spot at Peralada yesterday.
Tralee amateur Graham Spring was unlucky not to get through after losing out in a six way playoff for just three spots.
