A LATE goal from Martin Clowry helped Carlow clinch promotion to Division One B thanks to victory over 13-man Westmeath before an attendance of 2,000 at Nowlan Park yesterday.
Both sides were guilty of poor finishing in the opening half, at the end of which Carlow led 0-6 to 0-4.
