TEAM NEWS:JOE CANNING will make his first start for Galway this year when the county take on Dublin tomorrow at Pearse Stadium.
Goalkeeper Colm Callanan comes into the side for James Skehill, who was injured during last week’s victory in Kilkenny and Tony Óg Regan starts at centre back in place of John Lee, who has medical exams.
There are three changes up front, with Adrian Callanan and Niall Healy making way for the returning stars from Portumna, Canning and Damien Hayes. And Iarla Tannian – who came on and scored two goals against Kilkenny – gets a starting position with Joe Gantley losing out.
There is one change on the Dublin team beaten by Cork, with Simon Lambert replacing Liam Ryan at left half forward.
