Sir, - Your report (October 21st) tells of an inter church marriage family forced from their Co Down home by intimidation from local Protestants. This surely cannot be correct.
By their behaviour towards this unfortunate family, the perpetrators clearly demonstrate that they are not fit to be described as Christians at all, of any denomination. For central to the Christian faith is Christ's own injunction (Matthew 22,37-39) that we should love our neighbours as ourselves. Yours, etc.,
