Sir, - Bravo to The Irish Times for the clear and incisive Editorial of May 28th, "Those other referendums". The abolition of the death penalty and the ratification of the International Criminal Court are indeed two decisions that the Irish public need to make and both in my view require a Yes on polling day. They are not issues to be neutral about in a democratic country that not only upholds the rule of law and human rights but also wishes to be an example to others. I hope that in the coming days we shall have more such informative articles about these issues. - Yours, etc.,
